So, my plan for turn two is to basically turtle up. I’ll have my three seed soldiers up front to grab the supplies. Hopefully I’ll be pulling them back, dropping mines and moving up my repeaters to create a strong defence. Fingers crossed.
Deployment
Three seed soldiers up front to grab supplies. They’re backed up by my shrouded and TR bots from afar. Speculo is deployed next to Yara to hopefully remove her MSV2. The plan is to take out what I need to, grab the supplies with the seed soldiers and turtle up.

Hassassins deployment. Yara and her fireteam deployed right in the middle to destroy my face. Imposenation markers and camo in the midfield. Muts spread out to provide smoke. Move up, grab and get out is the plan.
Turn 1
Top of 1 – Shasvastii
I was able to grab one of the supply catches and I pulled the seed soldiers all the way back. I took out a farzan and a mut with my Plasma Q Drone (kinda love this unit). Took out Yara with the speculo, but the Speculo went down in the fray.

Bottom of 1 – Hassassins
Goodbye all of my units. The assassins moved up the field. A barid sent a pitcher up at my Q drone and carbonated it. The muts dropped some smoke for the main fire team to move up. The Asawira killed the Seed soldiers, Q drone, R drone and other Q drone.. Damnit.
Turn 2
Top of 2 – Shasvastii
I deployed my Malignos and was able to take out the muyib, unfortunately he was taken down by a friday with a light shotgun. I moved my ikadron up the right side to get into hacking range of the Asawira and hacked him with oblivion. I tried to carbonite him but he made all of his bts saves. I tried to drop my Cadmus into my back field but I failed my airdrop roll (even with my evos controlled jump). Lucky for me my malignos regenerated.
Bottom of 2 – Hassassins
The fiday moved into cc with my malignos and destroyed him. With the irregular order the isolated Asawira moved forward and took out my Nox hacker. With a series of coordinated orders he moved his farzens and Barids forward to grab supplies and drag them towards his side. With the remaining orders in group one he discover shot my shrouded, a harsh gunfight ensued and the shrouded was lost but managed to take the life of one of the ghulams.
Turn 3
Top of 3 – Shasvastii
Last ditch effort. I ran my shrouded hacker forward to try and grab the supplies. He died to a mut and ghulam. I ran my ikadron forward. He died to a mut. I did use my lieutenant to kill the asawira and then moved the cadmus into a defensive position and placed it into suppressive fire to protect the seed soldier.
Bottom of 3 – Hassassins
Basically spent the rest of his command tokens to move two orders to group two. He then spent the rest of his orders to go data scan my HVT and get one of his classifieds.
Post Game Analysis
The game ended 1 (Shasvastii) to 5 (Hassassins). I think I should have spent more time in my fist turn clearing out all the camo and impersonation markers out in the midfield. I used a lot of orders bringin my one seed soldier back to my field and I think those orders could have been spent better. If I had walked my cadmus on he may have been more effective. And losing my drones was a hard hit. I may leave them in more cover in the future.
